S-Bar Construction is a commercial construction, renovation, tenant improvement (TI) and maintenance services company focused on delivering high-quality projects in the industrial, commercial and warehouse sector safely and on schedule. In addition, we have successfully executed restaurant build outs and multi-family/apartment complex renovations. We have executed projects across multiple states - including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Texas) Our clients include family offices, privately held real estate holding companies, Oil & Gas suppliers and strategic partnership for a multi-year, multi-state program for a Fortune 1000 company.
