Motus Construction is a licensed and insured general contracting firm servicing Chicago and its suburbs, Madison, Indianapolis, and Baltimore with a focus on multi-family renovation. Motus began as the internal construction department of Pangea Properties and continued to grow naturally in to its own company, offering the construction services, processes, and relationships, developed over the course of 10 years, to other building owners.
