Joseph and Derrick Penney started Top Of The Mountain Construction after years of experience in numerous trades and positions in the residential and commercial construction industry. We both come from a very accomplished family construction business in California and have years of various experience in numerous trades there. We saw a need in Idaho and surrounding areas, for a company that is organized, available, and able to accomplish individuals and companies needs without the parts that people do not like about dealing with contractors. We communicate, schedule, stick to pricing, and make ourselves available. We are a general contractor based company located in the Treasure Valley (Boise area) of Idaho. We have a wide range of work that we are willing and experienced in. There aren't many jobs we won't do for you. We take pride in working with each customers needs and completing each job at the highest level.
